The next film in the Village Hall is ‘THE PENGUIN LESSONS’ starring Steve Coogan and Jonathan Price. When Tom Mitchell ( Steve Coogan) takes a teaching job in Argentina, his life changes forever. In his off time, he travels around to explore his new surroundings. One expedition takes him to a beach where he witnesses the horrifying scene of an oil spill that has taken the lives of many penguins. Tom manages to save the life of one penguin and forms a bond with him. He takes him to school and soon comes to realise that this penguin has a real knack for making new friends and touching the loves of everyone around him, including Tom himself.
