The next film in the Village Hall is ‘DOWNTON ABBEY: THE GRAND FINALE’ (PG)

This is the third and final film in the franchise. When Mary finds herself in a public scandal and the family faces financial trouble, the household grapples with the threat of social disgrace. The Crawleys must embrace change with the next generation leading Downton Abbey into the future.

The film stars Hugh Bonneville, Elizabeth McGovern, Laura Carmichael, Joanne Froggatt, Jim Carter, Phyllis Logan and Michelle Dockery.

Critics say: ‘Soothing as a cup of tea while providing a satisfying amount of closure, The Grand Finale is a worthy sendoff for Downton Abbey.’
